What we list
In-person, hybrid and online conferences, summits, trade shows, congresses and forums with a clear procurement focus. We don't list webinars, training courses or sales demos.
Where listings come from
- Organisers who submit or claim their events.
- Our own research into industry associations, organiser websites and public event calendars.
- Structured event data published by ticketing platforms.
Descriptions are written by us. We link to the organiser's official site for full details and registration.
How we keep it accurate
Each event shows when we last checked it. Dates marked “provisional” come from secondary sources or haven't been confirmed by the organiser yet. Always confirm with the organiser before booking travel.
Paid placements
Organisers can pay to highlight or feature an event. Paid placements are labelled “Featured” or “Recommended” and never affect our editorial “Best of” guides.
